The Keya Quests: Three Souls Destiny-Bound
Keya has just escaped her homeland in the Fourth Realm through the great portal. Her mission is to find the wielder of the Black Sword. This warrior, only known by the name Kraytan, came to the world of Man to prevent the sword’s power from falling into the wrong hands. Now, Keya must find Kraytan so he can help in the fight to free their people from the evil of Lord Randar who now rules their world. Keya knows nothing of this new modern day world, but is taken in by Orren and his niece, Julie. This is the first time Keya has felt close to having a family and feeling any type of security but knows she must keep her identity a secret. As she forges a bond with her new family and friends in town, she doesn’t realize that Lord Randar has come through the portal as well. He too wants to find Kraytan so that he can have the Black Sword and ultimate power over all the realms. “The Keya Quests: Three Souls Destiny-Bound” is a very well-written science-fiction book. The characters were developed well and there was plenty of drama, comedy, suspense and even romance. The book seemed longer than I would have preferred but it did hold my interest throughout. I don’t think you necessarily have to be a reader of science-fiction or fantasy to enjoy this book. The storyline is fascinating and has a great ending that could be set up for a sequel. |
