Ms. Boucher has given readers everything they want in "Millennial Fears": love, crisis, and psychic abilities.

The story revolves around two friends, Jazmin and Stephanie, and their friend Pedro. Each girl was born on the same day and same time and they have a connection that most friends don’t.

Both Jazmin and Stephanie wanted to go to college, but met with some resistance from their family. Pedro had no desire to leave his town, he wanted both girls to stay home too as he knew once they left their friendship would never make it. Pedro was very religious and tried to convert his friends to the same thinking he had.

The remainder of the story revolves around the girls’ time in a new city and new boyfriends. Each girl gets pregnant with men who left them. As they get older they have had many trials and tribulations. Each goes back home to see if they really are missing something. Their aunts have the ability to read tarot cards and foresee what is coming.

Although “Millennial Fears” is a large book, 405-pages, it goes fast and you can’t put it down. The author has written this in such a way that it captures all your attention.
