The book gives a lot of insights into the nutrition and fitness world using a very straight forward and evidence-based plan. It is a great book full of really useful tips on how to lose fat and how to improve your health through your diet habits.
The author focuses mainly on nutrition, explaining how our stomach digests each type of food and why we should eat each element in a specific sequence in order to make it easier for our digestive system to consume and then absorb nutrients.
The information given in this book is certainly helpful for someone new to the working out routine and absolutely essential for anyone who wants to lose weight. To this end, I believe that following the author’s advice will make a huge difference for most people.

In spite of all the technical data about nutrition, it is an easy to read manual in which the author makes understandable, even the scientific aspects of everyday diet: what food contains carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins or proteins? When should we eat fruits? What should we absolutely avoid in our diet? The book gives some great insights on how to do things the right way, and the reading helps to better understand why we get body fat and what to do to get rid of it.
I am on a workout routine and I have been doing a lot of the things mentioned in this guide. It sure takes time and dedication but it truly works and, with consistency, it doesn’t seem impossible to get the body we all desire! I found that a lot of the information and advice the author provides I already knew, but I think it is a positive incentive to have a professional opinion.
