Justin Gaynor holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics (1989) and a Master of Science in Materials Engineering (1992), both from the University of Florida. He went on to earn a Ph.D. in Medical Electronics from Virginia Tech in 1995. He began his career in the semiconductor industry at Texas Instruments and eventually transitioned into the medical device field, which became his full-time focus starting in 2012. He retired in December 2023. Justin is bilingual in German and English and has traveled extensively throughout North America, Asia, and Europe for both professional and personal pursuits.
