Sheri Hoyte grew up in Saratoga Springs, New York, and relocated to Texas in her mid-teens. A lifelong reader and writer, she penned her first book as an elementary school project and has rarely been without a book in hand since.

After more than thirty years in the corporate world honing her skills in business operations and professional communications, Sheri returned to her creative roots and joined Reader Views in 2012. She started as a book reviewer, later becoming editor and social media manager in 2014, and advancing to managing editor and partner in 2018.

Sheri has extensive experience in editing, social media marketing, and working directly with independent authors. She specializes in helping authors build visibility and credibility through professional reviews, interviews, and promotional services. She also serves as the Program Awards Manager for the Reader Views Literary Awards and is the host of Inside Scoop Live, a podcast dedicated to spotlighting indie authors and their work.

She lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband Don and their cat Felix. When she’s not reading, Sheri enjoys being outdoors, hiking, golfing, gardening, and most of all, spending time with her beloved granddaughter, Nina Bea.
